Our Service
At OMIRA UDI, every class is built on the foundations of classical Pilates, delivered with expert guidance and a calm, considered approach.
Classical Pilates
A precise, traditional method that focuses on alignment, control and core strength. Expect slow, intentional movements, clear instruction, and a deep understanding of how your body works.
Reformer Pilates
A dynamic, equipment-based practice performed on the classical Pilates Reformer. Using springs for resistance, this helps improve strength, flexibility and control through guided, full-body exercises.
Mat Pilates
A floor-based practice using bodyweight and small props to strengthen, lengthen and restore balance. Classes focus on breath, precision, and mindful movement.
Private 1-to-1 Sessions
A fully personalised session tailored to your unique needs, goals and abilities. Ideal for those recovering from injury, new to Pilates, or looking for detailed correction and technique refinement.
Posture Training
Targeted sessions designed to realign the spine, strengthen the deep stabilising muscles, and correct movement patterns.
Mobility & Core Strength
Gentle yet effective sessions focusing on improving joint mobility, strengthening stabilisers, and increasing range of motion.
